Zero Interest Financing Program

No-interest loans paid for by bill savings to cover upgrades from outdated gas appliances to safer, healthier, more energy-efficient electric options.

Save Energy & Money

Silicon Valley Clean Energy’s Zero Interest Financing Program offers no-interest loans for up to 100% of the cost of new equipment, such as efficient heat pump systems and water heaters. Predicted energy bill savings are provided upfront after a free site assessment. Your loan won’t increase your total annual gas and electric costs because energy savings from your new equipment will offset your loan payments.

PEACE OF MIND

We’ll manage every aspect of your home upgrade, from assessment and installation to applying for permits and rebates.

The Proposal will also outline the costs and any available rebates for each upgrade. Review a sample Home Upgrade Proposal.

Do I get to choose the equipment that is installed?

We offer a limited selection of standard products. For certain appliances, which your Energy Advisor will review, you may choose from a selection of colors or finishes. We install products from the following manufacturers (subject to change at any time):

  • Heat Pump HVAC: Broan, Daikin, Dura Star, General Electric, Mitsubishi, Panasonic
  • Heat Pump Water Heaters: AO Smith, Bradford White, Rheem

What if I want to use my own contractor?

To make your experience as smooth as possible, all participants must use an SVCE partner contractor. This helps us coordinate the project effectively and ensures you have a great experience.

If you prefer to use your own contractor, you can still benefit from other SVCE rebates and incentives.
