To be eligible for the Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) EV Rebate, customers must reside in SVCE service territory and meet income-qualifying criteria. Follow the simple 5-step process below to check your customers’ eligibility for the rebate.

Eligibility Criteria #1: Customer resides in SVCE service territory
- Step 1: Enter the customer’s residential address in the map below to verify the customer resides within SVCE service territory. The address must be located within the green shaded area to be eligible.
- Step 2: Confirm with the customer if the provided address is the same as the address where they will register their new vehicle. The customer must agree to register their vehicle at the address associated with their PG&E/SVCE account to be eligible for the rebate.

Eligibility Criteria #2: Customer meets income eligibility criteria
- Step 3: Verbally confirm with the customer that they meet the income criteria below. Customers can self-attest to their income eligibility, meaning they do not need to provide documentation proving their income at the point of sale.

Customer Signs Participant Agreement
- Step 4: Once you have confirmed that the customer meets both criteria, they must sign the Customer Participant Agreement (PDF) attesting they meet all qualifications. Only the customer may complete and sign this form.
- Inform the customer that they may be selected for a post-purchase audit and repayment if they cannot provide proof of address and income upon being selected.
Dealership Submits Rebate Claim
- Step 5: Once the sale is complete, submit a reimbursement claim using the form below.
